SHIPPING PROCEDURE
We will currentcy shipped only in india. Details are below.
All materials are sent ONLY after the payment is realized. We do not send materials through VPP (Value Paid Parcel) or COD (Cash On Delivery).
India Registered Parcel.
This is applicable only for Indian customers. Parcels can be sent anywhere in India where there is a Post Office. This is also the cheapest method available. It takes delivery time around 7/12 days. But it depends on Post Office.
India Speed Post.
This is also applicable for Indian customers only. Currently this service is available in select cities only. Clicking on the link will open list in a new window. Generally Speed Post is delivered within 2/3 days.
If you select to deliver your materials through Speed Post and if the service is not available at your place, we will deliver the material through Registered Parcel. We can not return the balance shipping charge. If Speed Post charge is less than Registered Parcel charge (some special cases), we can only send materilas after the extra charge is received.
Once any material leaves our premises and handed over to third party shipping company, we do not have any control over the package transit process. Hence, if any package is received damaged at your place, our responsibility is very limited. We have nothing left to do. Generally we take extreme care during packaging so that no such bad things happen.
In near future, we will start using a much cheaper International Speed Post System.
RETURN POLICY
Once goods are purchased and payment is made for, they can not be taken back or money can not be refunded. However, if a product is found having manufacturing problem or defects (should not be developed during transit), the same will be checked and repaired provided: - No seals or labels have been removed.
- No unauthorized attempt is made to repair or solder the product.
- Informed us within 7 days of receiving the kit.
You will need to send the product back at your own expense in its original packing within 15 days from date of receipt. We will inform you through e-mail once the product is repaired or reconditioned. You will need to pay the shipping charges to your location.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
We may not have immediate stock of all goods, materials and kits displayed in this website at any certain moment. For this reason, it may take even up to 4 weeks to ship your parcel from our premises. However, we generally try to ship all materials as immediately as they are available. |
